Dudung Abdurachman mengatakan Forum Purnawirawan TNI yang menuntut pemakzulan Gibran tak mewakili semua pensiunan militer.
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Penasihat Khusus Presiden Bidang Pertahanan Nasional, Jenderal TNI (Purn) Dudung Abdurachman mengatakan, Forum Purnawirawan TNI yang mengusulkan pemakzulan Gibran Rakabuming Raka dari wakil presiden membawa kepentingan pribadi. Mereka hanya mengatasnamakan nama purnawirawan TNI. Padahal, tidak semua purnawirawan setuju.
“Seakan-akan mewakili purnawirawan TNI. Saya rasa tidak. Jangan kemudian kepentingan pribadi justru mengatasnamakan purnawirawan. Padahal tidak seperti itu,” kata dia di Kompleks Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta Pusat, Senin, 5 Mei 2025.
Mantan Kepala Staf TNI Angkatan Darat ini mengatakan, ada banyak organisasi purnawirawan. Dia menyebut, Persatuan Purnawirawan dan Warakawuri TNI-POLRI (PEPABRI), Persatuan Purnawirawan TNI Angkatan Darat atau PPAD, Persatuan Purnawirawan Angkatan Laut (PPAL), dan Perhimpunan Purnawirawan Angkatan Udara (PPAU).
Empat organisasi itu, kata Dudung, tidak menyuarakan pemakzulan Gibran. “Nyatanya mereka tidak menyampaikan itu,” kata dia.
Menurut Dudung, Presiden Prabowo Subianto sangat bijak dalam menanggapi usulan Forum Purnawirawan TNI itu. Prabowo, kata dia, meminta forum purnawirawan TNi untuk mengikuti jalur konstitusional. “Bahkan Prabowo memberikan peluang untuk bertemu,” kata dia.
Bulan lalu ratusan purnawirawan TNI yang tergabung dalam Forum Purnawirawan Prajurit TNI mengusulkan kepada Presiden Prabowo Subianto agar posisi Gibran Rakabuming Raka sebagai Wakil Presiden diganti. Forum tersebut menganggap putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi atau MK terhadap Pasal 169 huruf q UU Pemilu melanggar hukum acara MK dan Undang-Undang Kekuasaan Kehakiman.
“Mengusulkan pergantian Wakil Presiden kepada MPR karena keputusan MK terhadap Pasal 169 huruf q Undang-Undang Pemilu telah melanggar hukum acara MK dan Undang-Undang Kekuasaan Kehakiman,” demikian bunyi salah satu dari delapan tuntutan mereka yang dibacakan pada 17 April 2025.
Selain menuntut pemakzulan Gibran, pada poin pertama purnawirawan juga menuntut mengembalikan UUD 1945 asli sebagai tata hukum politik dan tata tertib pemerintahan.
Dokumen tersebut antara lain ditandatangani Jenderal TNI (Purn) Fachrul Razi, Jenderal TNI (Purn) Tyasno Soedarto, Laksamana TNI (Purn) Slamet Soebijanto, dan Marsekal TNI (Purn) Hanafie Asnan, serta diketahui Jenderal TNI (Purn) Try Sutrisno, wakil presiden 1993-1998.
Penasihat Khusus Presiden bidang Politik dan Keamanan Jenderal TNI (Purn) Wiranto mengatakan Presiden Prabowo Subianto memahami delapan tuntutan yang disampaikan Forum Purnawirawan TNI. Kelompok itu salah satunya menuntut pergantian Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka kepada MPR.
Wiranto mengatakan Prabowo memahami tuntutan Forum Purnawirawan TNI karena masih satu almamater dengan para jenderal dan kolonel Forum Purnawirawan itu. Meski memahami itu, ucap Wiranto, Prabowo tidak bisa serta-merta menjawab langsung sejumlah tuntutan.
“Karena itu masalah-masalah yang tidak ringan, masalah yang sangat fundamental,” kata dia di Kantor Presiden, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis, 24 April 2025.r
